Goal: Explore the use of 3D modelling programs to gain better proficiency and familiarity. Create a 3D organism from a collection of collection of 2D references.
This was a fun exploration of 3D modelling. I modeled objects with different textures such as fur, hard wet rocks and thick and thin skin to play around with different light interactions. Through this exercise, I learned how to use noise textures to create realistic organic environments. I also learned how to use a collection of 2D reference images to create a 3D representation of an organism.
